Cancellation Policy Update ‼️

If you need to cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, there will be a 50% charge of the appointment fee
If cancelling within 24 hours, the full appointment fee (100%) will be charged.

As I completely understand that life happens, this policy helps me accommodate others on the waitlist while also supporting my small business.

🌨️ This policy does not apply if you need to cancel due to poor driving conditions. Just try to give a couple hours notice if you can— your safety matters most 🌨️

Thought I’d share this reciepe as I am always encouraging you all to stay hydrated 💧

Not only is this Gatorade free from additives, colouring and artificial sweetener but it also helps support energy and stress levels!!

🍊🍊

• 4oz squeezed orange juice (vitamin C)
• 1/4 tsp cream of tarter (potassium)
• 1/4 tsp sea salt (electrolytes & minerals)
• water
