📌 No-show cancellation policy notice.

We understand that life can get busy and plans can change. However missed appointments without notice impact our business and other clients who could have taken the time slot. If you don't show we don't get paid!

✨With immediate effect the following policy will apply:

• No-shows: Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without contacting us will be required to pay 100% of the cost of the service before rebooking.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment time will incur a fee of 50%. Cancellations less than 24 hours before your appointment time will incur a fee of 100%. Cancellations on the day of your appointment will incur payment in full.

• Repeat offenders: Clients with more than one no-show or repeated last minute cancellations will be required to prepay the full amount for future bookings.

This policy is in place to ensure fairness for all clients and to help us to offer high quality service.

As per usual our parking lot hasn't been cleared and with the current road conditions and power outages we will remaim closed today. Stay safe!

DEAR CLIENTS
We have always tried to refrain from annual price increases the last one being 3 years ago. Due to an increase in product costs and overhead there will be an increase in prices effective June 1st. This is a must in order for us to remain operational.
