Artisan Linda MacBurnie creates unique hand-crafted leather works of art in her home near Truro, Nova Scotia. Items are made from vegetable-tanned leather which uses organic materials in the tanning process instead of chemicals. Only environmentally-friendly water-based dyes and paints are used.

After several months, I finally finished making the custom iPad case for Mollie MacBurnie! I didn't have a pattern, so I made it up as I went along. I wasn't 100% sure it was going to fit until it was done.

I would just like to thank everyone who braved the cold and the snow to come visit us at the RECC this past Saturday. I'm always looking for ideas and I received several suggestions for new projects to work on in the new year!
