A little weekend recap! 🍎🍂

I spent the weekend being Nick’s assistant while he photographed a wedding near Sussex, NB 📸. I always love getting to tag along with him and be part of his world for the day. ❤️

We also canned some beets 🫙, started a little Christmas shopping 🎄, and went apple picking! 🍎

A busy weekend filled with good food, fresh air, lots of laughs and time together. Feeling pretty grateful for these little moments.

Now it’s back to the massage room and another week of taking care of you! 💆‍♀️

🌊☀️ Mini vacation mode: ON! ☀️🌊

Today was my last day in the clinic before I take a little time to soak up the last bit of summer! 🏖️

I’ll be spending the next few days slowing down, hopefully getting some beach time, enjoying the sunshine, and recharging before getting back into the swing of things. 💛

I’ll be out of the clinic August 29th–September 2nd and back September 3rd, feeling refreshed and ready to see you all!

🫐 A little blueberry-picking + a little self-care! 🫐

Spent some time blueberry picking, and it got me thinking about how the little things we do for ourselves really add up. 💙

Blueberries are packed with antioxidants, fibre, vitamin C and vitamin K, making them a delicious addition to a healthy lifestyle. They can support heart health, digestion and overall wellness — and they’re pretty hard to resist when they’re fresh from the bush! 😋

Sometimes self-care is a massage… and sometimes it’s getting outside, slowing down, and enjoying a bucket of freshly picked blueberries. 🫐☀️

Take care of your body, fuel it well, and don’t forget to enjoy the little things. 💙

Back from a little Cape Breton getaway and feeling recharged! ❤️

Even though Ribfest was cancelled, we made the most of our trip. We visited the Fortress of Louisbourg for the third time, but since it was peak season there was so much more happening. We even got to watch a public shaming reenactment! We also spent some time at Highland Village, enjoyed the beautiful scenery, and soaked in everything Cape Breton has to offer.

A few days away to unplug is always good for the mind and body. I’m back in the clinic, refreshed, and looking forward to seeing everyone this week! 😊
