I don't get on social media too often, but I wanted to pop in and let you know I'm around! Just because I don't post frequently doesn't mean I'm not here for you.

As a RMT, empath, artist, and someone with ADHD, I have to make time for myself. I know firsthand how important self-care is.

I prioritize family time, yoga, post-menopause health, creative time, and of course, therapy! Also moments like this to recharge so I can show up fully for my work day.

Remember: Work smart, not hard and PLEASE TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF (not yelling, just excited), it isn't selfish, it's essential!

Turns out skeletons make decent coworkers, until things start... falling apart

🎃 I had a blast on Sunday, it was such a joy to celebrate Halloween early with all the Trick-or-Treaters!

Huge thanks to Downtown Truro for hosting an amazing event, and to my wonderful helpers.

Sadly, my “new” RMT may have… expired. 💀

It was all going so well until I heard them say, “I have a bone to pick with you.” 😏

Donate to help raise funds for the Programs & Services offered through the Colchester Sexual Assault Centre.

What to know?

Our 12-week counselling service is valued at just $420 compared to upwards of $1,400 through a private practice.

CSAC provide an alternative for those with limited financial means. Your donations or sponsorship removes the burden of financial difficulties that would overwhelm an already stressful situation.

Our Counselling Therapists provide a wide range of mental health counselling, emotional support and psychoeducational services.

Our free counselling services also helps to alleviate the burden placed on our Healthcare system and government agencies
