Ever wonder what i use for fire cupping? Contrary to popular belief fire cupping doesn’t have the actual cups on fire! I light a cotton ball soaked in alcohol and use the flame to create heat in the cups to form suction! The flame is only in the cup for 1-2 seconds! The cups are just a soothing warm feeling when they’re placed on the skin 🔥❤️
