We know life happens, and sometimes plans change.

As a small business, every appointment reserved with us is time that has been specifically set aside for your child by one of our Registered Massage Therapists.

Like any healthcare clinic—including massage therapy, physiotherapy, chiropractic, or dental offices—we require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

When appointments are cancelled at the last minute or missed, it’s often too late to offer that time to another family who may have been waiting for an appointment. It also means our therapists have reserved time that can no longer be filled.

To help us continue providing the highest quality care while supporting our dedicated team, appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a $30 cancellation fee.

We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support of our small business. Thank you for helping us serve as many families as possible.

Water safety starts with awareness.

Summer means more time at the pool, beach, splash pad, and backyard water fun but it only takes a moment for an accident to happen.

As parents and caregivers, we can help keep our little ones safe by staying alert and following a few simple water safety habits:
💙 Stay within arm’s reach.
👀 Keep constant supervision.
📵 Put distractions away.
🦺 Use a properly fitted life jacket when needed.
🏊 Enroll children in swim lessons when they’re ready.
🚪 Secure access to pools and always empty kiddie pools after use.
👨‍👩‍👧 Assign a dedicated “Water Watcher” whenever children are in or around the water.
