Hello everyone, I’d love to reintroduce myself ✨
My name is Anna, and I’m an internationally trained holistic practitioner with several years of hands-on experience. I’ve worked in professional spa settings in Tel Aviv as well as in a private clinic, helping people restore balance, reduce stress, and reconnect with their bodies.
I’m also a proud approved member of the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine.
Last summer, my son and I moved to Canada from Tel Aviv, and we’ve truly fallen in love with this calm and beautiful community. Now, I’m grateful for the opportunity to bring my knowledge, care, and healing touch to people here ❤️

Many people think that only deep or strong massage creates results. In reality, even a soft, holistic relaxing massage has a powerful effect on your body and overall wellbeing.
Our muscles are designed to be soft, elastic, and supple. However, due to stress, overwork, poor posture, or lack of movement, muscles can become tight, hardened, and restricted. When this happens:
