After 16 years as an RMT, my approach to massage therapy continues to evolve.

My work is centred around listening to the body, adapting to what I find, and meeting each person where they are.

Studying East Asian medicine has deepened that approach, giving me new ways of looking at healthcare and building on years of hands-on experience.

Some days your body needs focused therapeutic work. Other days it needs a gentler approach. Learning when to do which has become one of my favourite parts of this work. ✨
