The PROGRESS in her skin quality 😍 After a series of microneedling treatments, this patient’s static lines look softer, her skin looks plumper and she has that glow ✨
And this before & after is an important reminder - tox isn’t the only conversation we have when fine lines and wrinkles start bothering you!
If you’re not ready for neuromodulators (or simply don’t want them) treatments like microneedling can focus on improving the skin itself by supporting collagen production over time.

So here’s my reminder to myself (and anyone else who needs it) being visible online is not the same thing as being embarrassing.

Looking good doesn’t mean looking younger... aging is not something that needs to be “fixed” 💙
But you can love getting older AND still choose to do things that help you feel more like yourself along the way.
If you’re booking microneedling to make a real change in your skin, multiple sessions make the most sense.
I know it’s a bigger investment - but it’s important to me patients understand that one microneedling treatment won’t accomplish the same thing as a package of 3 *before* they spend any money.
It’s the healing and rebuilding that happens throughout the series that leads to the more noticeable, long-term results we all want ✨

A really subtle treatment, but such a nice difference 💙 For this patient, filler was placed in the perioral area *around the mouth* to soften vertical lip lines, rather than adding volume to the lips themselves.
The goal was to soften the lines that had started to settle while still keeping her natural movement and expression.
If vertical lip lines are also a concern for you, we can talk through whether perioral filler would be a good option at a consultation!

A peek at my summer (it was a GOOD one) 🫶🏼
We bought a trailer! Was perfect for camping & at the cottage ⛺️
Busy clinic days are the best days 💙

We said goodbye to our furbaby Stella in June 💔 We miss her every day
More exciting things at the clinic - tested a new skincare line (!!!), fresh merch drop, and hosted our first Tides in the Community event to fundraise school supplies for SMB! 📚
