Attended a great course this weekend on Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) -
What IASTM? This works like a standard massage, but specialized instruments are used in place of a physical therapist’s hands. These instruments allow more direct treatment of the soft tissues involved with movement. Tools are used as part if treatment and can be used upper and lower body. Come check them out!
