A few moments from a very quick but very memorable 4 days in Paris. 🇫🇷
Between an incredible weekend seeing RÜFÜS DU SOL live, amazing food, exploring one of his favourite cities in the world, and even getting his very first tattoo, this trip was a reminder that even during the busiest seasons of life and work, making space for fun, self-care, and new experiences matters too.
Most of Dr. Godley’s travel tends to revolve around training, conferences, and work, so it was especially nice to slow down for a few days and simply enjoy the moment. Paris never disappoints.

Not every patient is immediately a good candidate for a thread lift, and that’s something Dr. Godley believes is important to explain honestly.
Threads need enough tissue support and density to properly “hold” and create a beautiful, longer-lasting lift. When there is significant skin laxity or thinning of the tissues, the threads may not anchor as effectively, meaning results may not lift well or last as long as intended.
That’s where regenerative biostimulators like Sculptra or Radiesse can play an important role. These treatments work by stimulating your body’s own collagen and elastin production over time, helping to improve tissue quality, density, structure, and support from within.
As the tissues become stronger and more supportive over the following weeks and months, some patients may then become better candidates for threads. Others are so happy with the rejuvenation, contour improvement, and subtle lift from the biostimulators alone that they may not even feel they need threads afterward.
