100 days has passed since the women of Iran said enough is enough, and took to the streets to demand their most basic human rights. Men followed their lead, and together, they have showed the world a bravery that is reserved for the most epic novels.
Today, we celebrate their uprising and remember those we have lost along the way. It is important, more than ever, for the Iranian diaspora and the rest of the world, to raise awareness about the continuous fight on the streets of Iran. As a part of this community, I want to do my part.
