When I’m not in the treatment room I support students as a teaching assistant in Langara College’s RMT program, a role I find incredibly rewarding and meaningful.”

Hi everyone!

The past 5 months have been a whirlwind and I am finally just able to settle down and reflect on what’s transpired.

1. I moved! Long story short I was renovicted from my previous space with very little notice and I had to scramble to find a new location.
2. My first viewing of the new space - I feel so fortunate to have found a spot at the Duncan Building. 3. Smudging with palo santo.
4. IKEA furniture testing minds and marriages.
5. Heritage buildings amirite? 🥰
6. Sweet afternoon sun
7. Proud of you ✌🏼
8. A reminder to flow like water amidst all the change.

That’s kind of the gist of it! Hope to see some of you in my space in the near future. Cheers ☺️

First year in business ✅

2023 has been a year of learning and persevering. I take with me so many lessons that will propel me forward in 2024. I am so proud that I got through it all and feeling just as inspired to continue honing my craft and my business.

Thank you to everyone who took to time to book an appointment, write a review, or give me encouraging words along the way. For those of you who have expressed interest in seeing me last year and couldn’t do so - I hope to see you sometime in the near future.
