We are in that lifetime where learning AI is such a huge asset, it’s like the generation before us. They had to learn how to type on a keyboard, and you can see such a huge difference from the people who can, and the people who can’t

So take this time and opportunity to just adapt slightly. Dont fall behind

It’s Halloween month and of course I had to do this trend and it’s so funny because I’ve asked ChatGPT multiple times because they kept altering my face and because I only had the free version, I said please one more time and it totally worked because I’m so nice 🤭

I love a good AI when it comes to these fun, trendy things

It definitely doesn’t look like me. I think it’s actually a cuter version of me, but will you try this? 🤭

Coming down from Summer fun can be messy & I know for the next couple months I’m ready to stop drinking so much and work on my health
If you’re in the same boat & need some inspo here’s some tips for you too 
✅ Drink plenty of water
Easiest way is to keep hydrated & letting all those toxic substances out of your body. Keeping yourself hydrated helps your body’s pH levels neutral. I know I don’t drink enough water but set a goal to drink a litre a day

✅ Plan out your meals
Make a list of meals you’re looking forward to make from morning until dinner time. Pick a few for the week & start prepping for the next couple weeks. It doesn’t have to be strict but mindful and in moderation keeps you from over eating & choosing meals that make you excited to eat

✅ Get physical 
Working out is my way of staying active & choosing another physical activity can help you motivate yourself from not doing anything at all. Vancouver has a fun way of getting physical such as pilates, spin, hit, pole, etc!

But with all the fun, I need to do a detox 🍵

June was fun 😌 I love it when the sun is out in Vancouver, it just wakes me up to go and do things whether it’s patio with friends, events, or a mini gateway. Life shouldn’t just be about work all the time, and I learned that the hard way years ago.
