What does being a Massage Therapist mean for me? I became an RMT after a really difficult time in my life. What I have grown to love about what I do, is creating a safe and welcoming space for healing and wellbeing. Building up positive relationships in my community with wonderful people and helping them from a place of genuine concern and care.

Heat is a great management tool for chronic aches and pains. Encouraging circulation by dilating blood vessels. Also a wonderful after a therapeutic massage! Don’t have a heating pad? Try a hot epsom salts bath or shower.

Happy Weekend! A healthy reminder that time for yourself is NOT a luxury, you are a human being and it is a NECESSITY.
