Nilou knew exactly how to treat the traumatic tattoo marks (I.e. road rash) on my face that were a result of a bike accident. She took the time to carefully explain how the laser worked, what the impact of going on higher vs lower setting would be, and recommended lower due to my body’s tendency to scar. Miraculously, after 1 session, almost all of the markings are gone. So happy with the result and have already recommended to a friend. I will definitely be back for other treatments!

I had such an amazing eyebrow tattoo removal experience with Nilou. She has been very kind and informative about the entire process and has made me feel at ease during our appointments.I previously had very dark and uneven brows that were stubborn and not fading out even after 4 years of having them. I booked a 3 session removal, and just finished my 3rd session today, and am very happy with how much pigment has been removed!The photo's provided are from the 1st and 2nd session -- I have not taken photos of today's session as it is still healing. I will add my fully healed brow photo to this review in the future (when they are fully healed from the 3rd session).
