We promise we will do everything we can to provide as safe and clean of an environment in the salon as possible...however, it is up to you to decide for yourself whether or not this is the right time to have your hair done. Please reconsider coming if you are in a vulnerable position with your health or have people in your lives that you are in direct contact with that fall in this category, whether it be at your job or in your family. We all need to make the right decisions at this time to stay healthy and safe. While we have made the effort to reduce the busyness of the salon by at least 50%, please don’t hesitate to ask us if it is possible to come in at a quieter time if you feel at all uncomfortable being in this situation. We may be able to accommodate!

We’re almost there! We have been working hard over the last two months deep cleaning and giving the shop some much needed repairs and maintenance, gathering supplies and implementing our strategy for reopening. We will begin to slowly serve our clients who were canceled on from mid March onward over the next few weeks and officially reopen June 1! Online booking will become available again at that point.

Hi All,
We know everyone is super excited to get their hair done again- and so are we! BUT, the announcement by the Premier on Wednesday should not be taken as an actual opening date....we are still awaiting more details, and as it stands, Dr.Henry’s original order for salons to remain closed until May 30 has not been lifted yet. We ask that you remain patient and know if you already had an appointment (or two) that was canceled, we will contact you just as soon as we know! For everyone else, we still are not taking any new bookings or opening up online booking until we can sort out this first round of bookings and have an official announcement from the Health Officer. Stay tuned, and thanks for your continued support! ❤️❤️❤️

"OH HELLO ...before you get excited about your haircut "mid-May" (after today's announcement) know that salons have ZERO information about exactly when and how we will be permitted to open. We also do not have access to PPE at this time as our distributors are still sourcing it. We do not have direct connection or guidance from WorkSafeBC as our industry was deregulated by the BC Liberals in 2003. It's assumed that like other regions we will be having to provide limited services but we also have no idea what that will look like. Stay tuned .... as soon as I know you all will be the first to know 😍😍😍. Exciting right !!!!🤪

Update: Dr.Henry of the Provincial Health Authority has announced that all personal services including hair salons are to remain closed until at least May 30 😔 This includes one on one service or housecalls. For anyone who was wondering if this could be an option, unfortunately it is not. We are saddened and dismayed that we cannot offer any realistic solutions for your hair care needs during this time, and while we never recommend taking matters into your own hands we understand it can be tempting and you can can always contact one of us for advice -or to talk you off the ledge! We hope everyone is staying strong and safe, and look forward to seeing everyone again very soon!

Covid-19 update: With great sadness, we have had to close the salon indefinitely as per the Provincial Health mandate. We made the tough decision a week ahead of the official order as we felt there was no other choice. Please be patient with us, as we cannot accept any online bookings or make new appointments at this time. We will keep everyone updated as we know more. Please stay safe and self isolate, together/apart we can beat this!
