I am a Nutrition Practitioner and Lifestyle Consultant, helping people on their journey to health and wellness. I specialize in stress management and varying sleep related conditions and general health plans. Our methods are focused on building, not breaking down, physically and mentally. We do this naturally with food, supplementation of nutraceuticals, herbs while working to build the human spirit. Yes, what you eat is how you think. Our motive is to always find the root cause and work at developing a plan for either prevention or a healing path to wellness. The success of this modality is amazing and I am proud to be a part of such a practical and progressive method in caring for ones health. This is our path to wellness now and into the future. My experience has been a Stylist for 4 years in the 80's, a singer in bands, worked in film production for 18 years in various capacities of management, TN sponsored abroad three times, turned a passion for wine into a successful professional tasting business for 7 years, and have traveled the world to top off my extensive work and life experience. In 2006, I was in a serious car accident that changed my life for the better. I had a neck and back injury, along with PTSD and it took me 5 years to make a 95% recovery and reassess my life path. As a passionate foodie and health nut, I decided to go back to school to be a Certified Nutrition Practitioner (CNP) and a Orthomolecular Holistic Practitioner (ROHP). I graduated from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition, with honors in 2012, to further mine and others lives for health and wellness. These past experiences lend well to enhancing and helping others to be all that they can be. Happy, Healthy and Beautiful from the inside out.
