I've been wanting to post something for the last 6 months, but just couldn't bring myself to it...

I used to be very active online and I loved my little instagram community, customers and clients. Along with all of my health issues, online just hasn't felt the same as it used to. I genuinely am trying to figure out if and how to show up online for my business these days.

I haven't quite felt the drive to take an online marketing course, spend hours making reels, film all of my waking thoughts. The internet feels exhausting, triggering, scary and just not "my vibe".

Chronic health issues can take such a physical and mental toll. My health has taken up all of my brain space but I am ready to move on.
