11 months postpartum - and we’re here 💙
One of the most important values to me has always been showing up.
And damn… it can be tiring.
Motherhood has changed my capacity in ways I don’t think I could have fully understood until I was in it. Emotionally, mentally, physically - my “100%” looks different now. Some days it feels smaller than it used to. But slowly, I can feel it expanding again.
And through all of it, I’m reminded why this work matters so much to me.
The team experience and the client experience are two things I care deeply about. Building a strong culture, creating a space where our team feels supported, and making sure every person who walks through our doors feels welcomed, cared for, and taken care of.
It’s a lot.
It’s exhausting.
But it’s meaningful.
And I’m proud that even in this season - 11 months postpartum, with a very different kind of capacity - I’m still showing up.

Survival mode. Sharing this because I know I’m not the only one.
No one really talks about postpartum depression.
Or the hormone dump after breastfeeding.
Or the negative thoughts that get louder when you’re already exhausted.
As a mother, business partner, and co-founder, my options can feel limited.
There’s no clean pause button.
No full maternity leave.
No stepping away without guilt.
Some days, I don’t feel like I’m building.
I feel like I’m barely surviving.
But sometimes, that’s all you can do.
Keep going.
Keep showing up.
Keep choosing the next small thing in front of you.
Not because it’s easy.
Not because you have it all figured out.
But because this season won’t last forever.
To the mothers and women barely holding it together - you’re not broken.
You’re exhausted.
You’re human.
And you’re not alone.
Come run with me!! ✌🏾

First Mother’s Day ♥️
Navigating motherhood, entrepreneurship, relationships, and everything in between has stretched me in ways I didn’t know were possible. Moments where I’ve had to pause and ask myself how I’m holding it all.
But underneath the tiredness is so much gratitude.
What a privilege it is to have these opportunities in my life. Built something I believe in. To love and be loved. To become a mother. To be challenged by the very things I once hoped and worked for.
Happy Mother’s Day 🩵

Clinical excellence starts with the basics. 🏃♀️💪
Teaching foundational exercises is a gold standard in physio, strong foundations mean better movement, better outcomes, and long-term results. ✨
It also feels amazing to be back teaching internally. Helping our team grow and learn is just as important as helping our patients. 🌱 Last weekend taught our team movement principles with the core-x system.

It was Julius’ vacation 🌴
But we did it with bffs - better.
Finding out more friends were on vacay - even better.
Plane ride - sucked. But thank goodness for all the kind and wonderful people on our flight and flight attendants at WestJet 🩵
Not pictured, crying on the plane, exhausted arrival, cranky babe. Life’s a beach 🌺 grateful for the time ♥️

Business is hard, yet somehow simple.
Simple, because you care for it the way you’d care for a family… with devotion, protection, and a quiet promise to help it grow.
Hard, because business is not a family. It demands choices that stretch beyond emotion, the kind people excuse with “it’s not personal, it’s business.” But the truth is, it always feels a little personal when you’ve poured yourself into something.
Maybe that’s the paradox of success: it looks different to everyone, shaped by the values we stand on and the integrity we refuse to lose.
