Hey guys!
Starting this month we will have a new policy, check it out!

For new clients:

1️⃣ Deposits:
- To secure your appointment, when it takes longer than 3 hours a non-refundable deposit (50$) is required at the time of booking.
- The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service.

2️⃣ Cancellations:
- If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
- If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.
- In case of unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or emergencies, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to reschedule without penalty.

3️⃣ Rescheduling:
- If you wish to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
- We will make every effort to accommodate your new preferred date and time.
- If you request to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, the deposit will be carried forward to the new appointment.
- If you reschedule multiple times within a short period, we reserve the right to require an additional deposit to secure future appointments.

4️⃣ Blonde Services.
All new clients booking for highlights/balayage it’s required a consultation prior the appointment to ensure we have enough time.

Please note that the purpose of this policy is to ensure fair scheduling for all clients and to manage my time effectively. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

So for those new faces here let me introduce myself

I am Livia, I have 25 years old and moved to Vancouver in 2019.

I started doing hair professionally in 2016 but I was always that girl that makes my friend's hair and makeup.

I fell in love with vivid colours in my course but along my way in the daily routine in a salon, I develop my passion for other things like haircuts and blondes/brunettes.

I have a daughter ( Julia). She is 3 years old and she's the love of my life 💕

I truly believe that my career it's way more than just doing hair, I want to help women to feel more secure, empowered and confident in their own skin.

I want to meet all of you guys, learn about your history and your dreams, and with that create the hair you deserve!
