Does like to spoil the team? Ummm ya. BUT 8???!!! It’s been 8 years since Nessa joined our Field Trip. Constantly in awe by this amazing, talented, hilarious woman … you make us better friend. 💖💐

How did we all get so spoiled???

Not only do we get to work with the bestest humans, but also they choose to work here … and for years! Time is so precious, so this is no small thing. Can’t even process how lucky that is, because it’s super cool when people like being in a space, when it’s absolutely a choice.

Not much of a words of affirmation guy, but big into giving gifts and acts of service. Celebrate all that you can, it just feels right.

….(And in this case, yes “he” does do the things, but I’m the first fight for better treatment for the people I care about if “he” fails to step up.)
