The Housing Outreach Worker provides trauma-informed, culturally safe, and client-centered support to individuals and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness‼️Working within a second-stage or transitional housing environment, the Housing Outreach Worker assists residents in maintaining stable housing, accessing community resources, and achieving personal goals related to safety, wellness, and independence. The role focuses on housing stability, advocacy, life-skills development, and crisis intervention. The Housing Outreach Worker works collaboratively with internal staff, external service providers, landlords, and community partners to ensure clients receive coordinated and comprehensive support.

The Second-Stage Program coordinator of Spirit Way is responsible for the planning, coordination, administration, and overall leadership of the Spirit Way Second Stage Program. The coordinator ensures the effective day-to-day operation of the program in a professional, culturally safe, and efficient manner while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with Helping Spirit Lodge Society’s mission, values, goals, policies, and philosophy.

The coordinator provides leadership and oversight to staff and program operations to ensure high-quality, trauma-informed, and culturally grounded supports for Indigenous women and families transitioning toward safety, healing, independence, and long-term housing stability.
