Good Saturday morning everyone.

It’s a beautiful sunny day and I’m listening to tennis balls being bounced around.

More physical, mental and emotional health comes as a result of moving and taking care of our bodies.

I want to let you know I will be shifting my availability come July from Tuesday to Saturday.

I will be open for helping you all feel your best on Thursday and Saturdays at Glow Wellness from 12-5 pm

Also Starting June 29 I want to let you know I will be working Mondays and Tuesdays at Spa Scandinav in Whistler so if you are looking for a total self care experience when booking a treatment at Spa Scandinav you also get full access to the thermal spa.

What a ride……..This has been.

Up’s n downs a plenty, lessons learned and still learning.

Our bodies are crazy amazing things and when we listen to them magic happens.

I rode home from the office June 24, 2022.
I was an emotional wreck, in so much pain I had to walk away from my practice, no easing away just an abrupt stop.

That was my last ride and the beginning of journey with Slipping Rib Syndrome.

Almost 4 years and 2 surgeries later I have started back to work, part time and today I rode my bike to the office 😊

Calm before the Storm……
