As I reflect back on this past year, I truly appreciate how much growth has taken place as I can see how
far I have come.
My burning desire for change & passion for growth has brought me further on my path to self discovery allowing me to be curious; bringing me closer to my divine purpose.
My willingness to dive deep into the shadows & dig through the undesirable mud to do the work that needs to be done, may not be easy but is definitely worth it.
Listening to my souls yearning, that seeks out healing on all levels; mentally, physically, emotionally & spiritually.
The growing pains aren’t always fun but as I navigate through life’s complexities I learn to gain patience & understanding.
Challenges only make us braver & stronger right!?
The work certainly isn’t over yet…it is a continuous process. However I am proud of myself for breaking through; as I continue to learn & to SURRENDER to what is, listen to my higher self, gain acceptance & live in the present moment.
Staying grounded, trusting my intuition, believing in my self & utilizing my gifts.
I will value my experiences as a benefit, as I continue to care for myself & others by bringing much wanted harmony, peace & balance to this life.💫

& so ends the season of letting go,
