Karin Shoji MakeUp

Karin Shoji has been working as a freelance makeup artist for film, fashion, video, television and print for more than ten years. She has apprenticed under a number of respected makeup artist in Vancouver. Karin received her BFA from The University of British Columbia and further refined her painting skills at l’Ecole Nationale Suprieure des Beaux-Arts in Paris. She was also trained in special effects in Los Angeles, California at Cinema Makeup. Karin has over five years teaching experience and opened her own makeup school in 2009, called "Karin Shoji MakeUp" www.karinshojimakeup.com. It is a training and beauty boutique that services brides, carries makeup products, and teaches short term makeup classes, all skills levels are welcome.
