Meet Kate🖤 Our new salon assistant and our emerging stylist.

You may have already met her during her work experience days and if you did, you probably understand why we fell in love with her immediately. Calm but cool. Thoughtful. Grounded. The kind of energy that just fits here.

Now she’s officially graduated and part of our crew, and we couldn’t be more grateful to help her grow into the stylist she’s becoming.

Kate is building her books with:

• cool-girl blondes
• bold money pieces
• soft, grungy dimension
• low-maintenance brunettes
• edgy but wearable colour

She’s especially excited to grow in extensions and keep expanding her skill set in all the details that make hair feel intentional and elevated.

When you book with Kate, you’re getting her full care and attention (with us always close by to assist and support) We trust her. We stand behind her. And we’re so proud of the work she’s already doing.

On Jan 12 we are closing the entire salon to create a fully private, women-only space for anyone who needs hair services without being seen by the public, strangers, or walk-ins. This day exists for women who want or need extra privacy including those who are trauma-affected, neurodivergent, culturally modest, or simply feel safer in a closed, controlled environment.

The doors will be locked.
Blinds closed.
No photos or video will be taken.
Only women with confirmed appointments will be inside.

This day is about dignity, cultural respect, and being able to exist in a space without being watched.

How the day works:

• Monday, Jan 12
• Women-only
• By appointment only
• No walk-ins
• No public access during the day
• All stylists and clients will be women
• All hair types and textures welcome
• Full services available just like a normal salon day

Our team will reach out to confirm availability and, if needed, book a quick virtual consult before your appointment is approved
Spots are limited and this is the final call
