I grew up as a competitive gymnast and loved the dedication and commitment to pushing my body to its limits. All relationships start with you.
As I evolved, my passion for personal physical development translated into 10 years of coaching gymnastics in my hometown of Terrace, BC. Focusing on my physical body served a huge purpose in my life, but I soon realized how important the mental components were to overall well being and expansion. Recognizing this, I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and eventually became a Certified Bod
