Nina, Nina, Nina! If you’ve ever spent a day at Mink, you’ve probably heard her name a hundred times. At this point, “Nina” is practically a verb around here. Need help? Nina. Question? Nina. Problem to solve? Nina. That’s how much she means to all of us.

She’s worn more hats than anyone I know and is the person everyone turns to for support, guidance, and answers. Our mother hen, our voice of reason, and somehow still the one keeping us all laughing along the way.

Nina is the heart of Mink. Her dedication, leadership, and care have helped shape not only our team, but the culture of who we are today.
