Skin benefits from a season of wintering, of slow, deep repair work.
What we do now matters to our future skin.
From deeply nourishing facials to long-term restructuring treatments like microneedling, the cold season offers the space for the skin to do its best strengthening and rebuilding work.

Quiet clarity for winter days. 💜
For millennia, amethyst has been associated with clarity of mind and emotional steadiness, qualities especially valued during periods of darkness and dormancy. A fitting choice for our January mineral of the month.
In energy-based wellness practices, amethyst is used to help steady the energy field, making it a natural companion for meditation, rest, and quiet focus.
💜 Amethyst is one of several minerals we curate for their history, seasonal relevance, and beauty.

A winter reminder.
Cold weather doesn’t cancel UV exposure.
UVA rays are present year-round, even on cloudy days, and can quietly contribute to barrier stress and long-term skin damage.
In winter, SPF isn’t about chasing glow. It’s about consistent protection, the same way you layer a coat before heading out.
A few things worth keeping in mind:
• Use a broad-spectrum SPF daily
• Apply it as part of your morning routine, even in winter
• Reapply if you’re outdoors for extended periods, especially around snow
Seasonal care is about keeping the right habits in place, with small adjustments for climate and lifestyle.
If you need help finding an SPF that works with your winter routine, we’re happy to help.
