We ended our elopement shoot with and at Third Beach, sauntering through the sand and dodging geese.

What an absolute dream.

Evan & Parm celebrated their upcoming wedding in the Faroe Islands with an elopement photoshoot here in Vancouver. We had such an incredible time getting to know this beautiful couple, and documenting their love story.

We started our evening at the iconic Sylvia Hotel and then headed to Stanley Park for a photoshoot in the ferns.

This was a special photoshoot for me, I did this beauty’s makeup and hair for her wedding a few years ago and I was just over the moon when she asked me to shoot their maternity photos.
It was such a beautiful evening reconnecting, and getting to know her husband. I love being able to see the same clients throughout different stages in their lives♥️

Not only did I have the pleasure of photographing this beautiful bride’s wedding day, but I also got to style her bridal makeup and hair.
Sally requested a bright, fresh look with pink tones, paired with a lifted and texture updo with cascading pieces.
Using a liquid blush and layering it with a powder blush, I was able to give her a beautiful glow and pop of colour on her cheeks that lasted all day. I used a loose shimmer pigment on her eyes to make the rose tones pop and accentuate the lashes.
The look is tied together with my favourite foundation base by Face Atelier for a flawless, airbrushed look.

Sally & Aaron

Sunday’s intimate elopement was the perfect way to kick off our wedding season. This lovely couple had a small ceremony at Sally’s childhood home with their parents and Sally’s sister. We took family photos at the greenway across the street, and then headed to Garry Point Park for their couple’s portraits. The day was full of love, laughter, and great food.
