Bisou balm gives you smooth, blurred, matte, pillowy lips with the softest whisper of a tint. So so pretty! One of my favorite products from Violette 💙

If you have dry/combo/normal skin, you’ll likely get on just fine with one of the many talc-free powder options currently available but as someone with oily skin, I need something that will last and reapply well. Being a makeup artist, I also have to consider how it would work for different skin types and how it works for touch ups. Some days you’re on set where you have to do constant touchups so that talent doesn’t have any shiny on camera in specific areas. I need something that will work for repeated touchups throughout the day and I don’t want to settle for the best out of a bunch of products I don’t like. The least bad isn’t good enough.

L’Heure Bleue by was likely a modern fragrance for the times when it was released in 1912. It’s now categorized as a vintage classic. Everything changes with time and I think the 2026 version of L’Heure Bleue captures the inspiration for this fragrance in a very modern and current way. Clean, airy, vanilic and strong.
