Never go to bed with your hair wet, and make sure you detangle it, but never pull hard! Otherwise you are breaking your hair, specially because its wet and fragile, its easier to break!
I’ve been learning that even the tiniest shifts in my daily routine can lead to such amazing results for my hair health. I used to be so lazy about my evening routine, but now I make sure I never go to sleep with damp strands anymore. Taking those extra minutes to gently detangle my hair before hitting the pillow has been a total game changer for me. It’s honestly surprising how much less breakage I’ve noticed since I started prioritizing these simple habits. I feel like my hair is finally getting the care it deserves after a long day in the city 🏙️. I’m definitely going to keep these small changes up for the long haul!
