💋 Lip Filler Aftercare Tips 💋

Proper care after your lip filler is key to reducing swelling, preventing bruising, and achieving your desired look. Follow these tips:

1️⃣ Reduce Swelling & Bruising:
• Apply a clean ice pack wrapped in a cloth to your lips for 10–15 minutes at a time during the first 24 hours.
• Avoid alcohol, spicy foods, and hot beverages for the first 24 hours to minimize swelling.
• Arnica gel or tablets can help reduce bruising.

2️⃣ Pain Management:
• Tylenol (acetaminophen) is safe if you experience discomfort.
• Avoid blood-thinning medications like Advil (ibuprofen), Aleve, or aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid), as they can increase bruising.

3️⃣ Stay Hydrated:
• Drink plenty of water to keep your lips hydrated.

4️⃣ Avoid Pressure:
• Don’t press or massage your lips.
• Sleep on your back. H

5️⃣ Skip Makeup & Strenuous Activities:
• Avoid applying cosmetics to your lips for at least 24 hours to prevent irritation or infection.
• Refrain from intense exercise, saunas, or hot tubs for 24–48 hours, as heat and sweat can increase swelling.

6️⃣ Be Patient:
• Swelling and minor asymmetry are normal in the healing process. Your final results will settle in 1–2 weeks.
