It was 1 year ago to the day that my nephew Garrett passed away in an ATV accident. It was originally stated by Castonet and other news sources that alcohol was a factor and helmets were not worn. We waited 4 months for the coroners report to find out that alcohol was NOT a factor and they had helmets on. Garrett was not reckless he had everything to live for!! He was and still is the light in our family. Terrible accidents happen. We are still picking up the pieces. I’m not looking for a debate with anybody I just want the truth to be told.
