After 1.5 years crushing the online workout completely from home Arlene is getting ready to compete in the New You category with the WNBF bodybuilding competition this weekend. After being with us for 3 of DEEMs Biggest Loser challenges she ready to kick butt on stage!! 🥳🥳

Wes is a massage therapist, dedicated to promoting wellness through massage.

Wes particularly enjoys trigger point therapy and aiding post-surgical recovery.

​Raised in Vernon, Wes is proud to serve the local community.
Outside the clinic, he prioritizes spending quality time with my wife and two young kids. He is also a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt and likes weightlifting.

The team had a great afternoon last week, with lunch at the Cactus Club, followed by a fun time at Beyond Belief Escape rooms, right here in Vernon.

We worked together to solve the clues to escape from the Wizards Academy room, with just 2 minutes to spare!
Definitely a team effort!
