Back to school germs hate this stuff! Made to the same recipe as the original Thieves Oil it contains essential oils of clove, lemon, eucalyptus and rosemary.

It’s strong so I apply the roll-on to my kids feet when they are not well. It can also be used preventatively, which would have been a great idea in my home this back to school 🙄

Second day of a 5.30am class at the gym today and I know my body will feel it later.

I turn 48 this week and I’m bored of hearing my excuses around real exercise. So this week starts a new chapter and I’m excited.

I’ve been rubbing this Body Elixir all over after my workout, and again before bed. The essential oils were blended specifically for that post-exercise burn! And the scent helps my sleepy brain wake up a little …

Any post exercise tricks for better recovery??

Buying skin care can be hard.. you never know if it’ll be a keeper or not.

We actively encourage our customers to start with the trial sizes so they don’t end up with unfinished bottles in their bathroom (see previous post!).

They also make fantastic travel sizes… keep the bottles and tins and refill from your full sizes when you go away!
