Happy Hair oiling!

I've been oiling my scalp and hair for the past 6 weeks, what a difference! I can't believe I've waited this long to add this gem to my hair routine! My over-processed, brittle blonde hair, now has more shine, less fuzz, and double the elasticity. New growth has even been happening. Stay tuned for my secret ingredients that have shown me success.

This post is a few days late buuuut Mr.T made an appearance in my studio for his Halloween haircut!
I had such a blast cutting Taylor's hair. What a nice change from hilites 😋

On my journey to make my own hair products I've been really excited to play around with Macerated Oils. Macerated oils are also known as oil infusions. You take a vegetable based oil and dried healing herbs and let it sit for 6-8 weeks and wait for the herbs to extract into the silky oil.

In my oil infusion I have taken Sunflower oil and I am extracting the wonderful healing properties of dried Nettle, Horsetail and Lavender all of which help with stimulating the scalp for hair growth.

I can't wait to slather this oil over my scalp! 🤣🌿🙌
