Freckle tattoos are nearly indistinguishable from natural ones when pigment and placement are in harmony! 🥳

Check out this freckle tattoo refresher (previous work now by me!) for my client! My client had previous PMU freckles and wanted a few more for symmetry and a lil pigment boost. For our first session I left the nose alone per my client’s request and focused on the cheeks and brow bone only. I defined her heart frecks once again, and created small clusters of freckles while leaving ample spacing for our second session top up and to keep them looking natural!

I frecking love my freckle clients 🤠 If any of you have been interested in this service, appointments are around an hour and you instantly leave so cute and refreshed for results that last a year++! Pigment is customizable based on your preference and skin tone, and each appointment comes with a complimentary second session top up. Second session brows are always my favourite ✨👏🏽

I’m our first session, I microbladed my clients brows and added manual shading in the arches and transition only. After eight weeks of healing, there was definitely some strokes still in the heads and tails of the brows but the shading and the strokes and the arches had faded away. Everyone’s skin heals differently, That’s why I love the second session so much. I have a chance to see how your skin heals and how the ink takes, if we need to tweak the color, and in some instances if we need to opt for Blade and Shade, we can! This time around I did exactly that and went back over the strokes I created, a little heavier handed in the arches, and added machine shading in the arches, transition, and tail.

I love the density that the machine shading has created, and the colour match is perfect! I’m super excited to see how these brows heal, and with a client I learn a little bit more and gain more confidence in my skill.

2nd session Blade and Shade brows ❤️‍🔥

These brows belong to my 2nd blade and shade model, peep the healed results after just one session!
I always encourage a light heal after one session of microblading alone - erring on the side of caution when it comes to pigment choice and heavy-handedness - but with that added shading of opting for a Blade and Shade brow, the shape and density of the brow is so much more defined and gives me a great base to work with! I’ve been loving this technique of microblading with machine shading for the natural density it gives without a filled in makeup look. If you have sparse brows, and are looking for density to your brow hairs, Blade and Shade could be a great option for you! 🤠

For my client I first started by microblading the brows, going over the strokes I had previously created in our first session, and added machine shading in the transition and arches only where it was needed, careful not to oversaturate, and keeping the look natural. I hope to get another shot of these brows once they’re fully healed, they’ve come a long way! Swipe to see just how far they’ve come. 🥳

Second session brows over previous Microblading work! 🤌🏽🌟

My client first came to me with 3 year faded out microblading work. As a new artist, I am cautious when accepting new clients with previous work as it may call for colour correction/removal before attempting to Microblade the brows again. After assessing her brows in person in our initial session, I chose to work my fluffy magic as the brows had faded evenly. Both sessions, I kept the shape conservative to the shape that had faded out, adding manual shading in the arches. This session I warmed up the pigment used just a lil bit, and these brows are back to life!
