A Special Message from Yul:
🌕
TOMORROW Sunday, MAY 10-26 | NO CLASS DUE TO MOTHER'S DAY
Over the next 6 Sundays, we’ll continue to focus on practices that help regulate and support the Liver system through Qigong—gently encouraging the smooth flow of Qi, releasing constraint, and restoring balance.
Spring is the season of growth and movement, and when the Liver system is in harmony, we tend to feel more flexible—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
This is a great time to stay consistent with your practice and work together as a group to support these shifts.
In just a couple of months, our focus will naturally transition from the Liver to Heart Qigong as we move into the summer season.
✨ Small, consistent practice now creates powerful change by summer.
No previous experience is necessary. All are welcome.
Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing.
Let’s gather in community and attune to the rhythms of Heaven, Earth, and Moon.
Warmly,
Yul

Maggie will offer simple tools and techniques that support each brainwave growth.
Ending the session with a mini-Light Therapy for us to experience how the mind and body is under that brainwave. Maggie welcomes all to share or ask for brain wisdom. Let’s set the record straight.
Just because you don’t feel the needle doesn’t mean it’s not working. Acupuncture is all about influencing your body’s functions, not about causing pain or discomfort.
🧠We’re working with your nervous system, circulation, and energy flow (aka Qi), not your pain threshold.
Some acupuncture points might create a dull ache or a warm sensation, while others might feel like absolutely nothing. And guess what? That’s completely normal! In fact, some of the most effective points are the ones you don’t feel at all. 🌱
So, no, you don’t need to feel the needle for acupuncture to be effective. You just need the right points, the right approach, and the right practitioner.
Have you tried acupuncture? Tell us your experience! 🗣️
💬 When we hear someone say…
"I want to try Chinese medicine this time. Do you know someone?"
