You can do the 1:1 therapy all you like, but if the progress of these sessions doesn’t extend beyond the treatment room or being alone, you’re missing a big piece.

Group sessions are as vital as private ones and can be the gateway to a more fulfilling, relational life. No more dreading dinner parties, easy grocery runs, authentic conversations.

But here’s why I think this approach is seriously restricting the depth of your craft, and impact you could have on your clients.
During Spinal Energetics sessions, it’s not uncommon for certain organs to join the ‘conversation’ and feel especially present.
The spine and nervous system are deeply connected to our organs, and many traditions - alongside lived clinical experience - associate different organs with particular emotional themes, stress patterns, and protective responses.
