If you've been waiting for the right space to help your practice settle in and grow, this might be that friendly little green light. We have one treatment room available for full-time rental, ready for immediate occupancy.

This is a room rental agreement—you'll run your own business, schedule, and client care. At the same time, anyone joining our space becomes part of the calm, welcoming atmosphere our clients cherish. We are seeking someone who naturally appreciates that environment and contributes to it with kindness and professionalism.

The Details;
Located in the Royal Oak area.
- $1250+ GST per month
- Room availability -Yours to make your own schedule
- Furnished w/hydraulic table
- Independent practice, with a shared commitment to a peaceful, respectful clinic vibe.

Who You Are;
You are an experienced RMT, Healthcare professional, acupuncturist, counsellor, MD, Chiropractor, wellness practitioner etc and feel comfortable working independently and have an entrepreneurial drive. You bring a gentle, steady energy to your sessions and shared spaces.

You're happy to help with light clinic upkeep, the same way housemates tend to a shared living room. Practitioners in acupuncture, physiotherapy, massage therapy, and other complementary fields tend to fit beautifully here.

What's Included
- access to your room Monday to Friday 730 am -830pm
- Free onsite parking for your clients
- On-site laundry is optional for $2.50 per shift
-Optional Jane, $50/month (self-managed by yourself)
- Access to the reception area and bathroom
-Practitioner provides their own supplies & linens
- Reliable Wi-Fi for charting, bookings, or streaming your favourite playlist
- A room inside a busy, well-loved clinic with roots in the Royal Oak community
-Hydrolic Table
-1 shelf, space for your belongings and supplies
