If you’re caught up in the moment and feeling tired or stressed, remember that the things you’ve chosen to do right here and right now, are a choice. This life is filled them. But you also have the choice to take a second, step back and look at all the choices you have made to be sure they are really meant for you.

Life is funny like that we get so caught up in the moment or process of things but when you take out the big pieces and look at it as if the choices you are making for yourself are the ones that are truly feeding your soul, then it becomes easy to realize all else that needs to be thrown out the window as it just weighs us down.

Moral of this story is we all get caught up, and we forget the little things we need to help us balance out like self care days that include hair washing and massage, a solid haircut and relaxation to remind us of who we are; our confident good looking and grounded self.

This is your reminder, and don’t worry I’m guilty of it too- that If you’re in that moment ~ don’t forget to take a moment, because the time right now is yours. And so is this life 🫶
