After several months of medical eye appts and resting my own eyes, I’m back! And ready to take appointments again!

Friends, if you’ve been having any dry eye, blurring, tiredness, increased rubbing, itching, please do your eyes a huge favour and see an optometrist! I discovered in April that I was at risk of going blind. FAST. Many tests, pokes, lights, lasers and eye drops later, I’m ok.

Today is World Gratitude Day! A day to reflect on what you are grateful for, who you are grateful to. Expressing gratitude enhances the mood of both the giver AND receiver. When our moods are good, we’re a little less stressed, and less stress in turn helps our overall wellbeing. I have many things I’m grateful for, and take time to reflect on them often. Today, I’d just like to say I’m grateful for and appreciate each of you. Now go out into the world and share your own gratitude!
