Now we all know exercise is important and everyone has their opinion on what’s the best but…….. The best exercise for you when you’re trying to build the habit of being more active is doing whatever you enjoy the most! Walk, run, bike, dance, lift weights, ride a unicycle, they are all great options just make sure you’re having fun. Share this post if you’ve ever been told what you’re doing is wrong and ________ is way way better.
