This space means so much to me. But the reason she exists in all her unique glory is because of every single one of you who chooses to sit in my chair time and time again.

It’s only been a few years since I landed in Victoria and decided to make it my forever home. The support from both clients and the stylist community here is overwhelming. Not one of you had to give me a chance, to trust me with your hair, or lend support as a stylist in a new city. But you have. I thank you from the bottom of my sensitive soul.

I am so looking forward to continuing to hold space and creativity for all your hair needs. And to continue to work on strengthening and building my relationships with the other incredible stylists this city is so blessed to host.

Have you ever asked yourself , can I be “Becky with the long hair”?

Where do we start -
For this client we’ve done a cezanne smoothing treatment. This is a long lasting , formaldehyde free service in which we essentially “laminate” the hair to provide sleek, smoother hair that dries up to 50% faster. These treatments last between 3-6 months so we like to do this a few times a year to minimize the amount of heat needed to help give her the texture she likes to wear on a day to day basis.

Next up , we do her blonding roughly every 4-6 months to keep her feeling bright , whilst maintaining a rooted look so she can go longer between chemical services. Less bleach is good for the hair and the budget.

And last but certainly not least, she wears two rows of extensions, to add length and fullness. We’re able to make her look even lighter this way by adding a significant amount of blonde with the extensions. So she’s got a blonde that really pops, without having to frazzle those ends leading to less breakage and happier natural hair.
