There’s something to be said for neutrals. M&L went with a simple B&W palette for their wedding and it’s everrrrrything. Don’t feel like you can’t do black, even for bridemaids dresses. It’s so classic and elegant and I’m living for it right now. This photo could have been taken in 1975 or 2022, and that makes me so happy.

M&L finished off my 2022 for full day weddings. This day was PERFECT. Their love is so unique and their personalities so effortless and rad. They topped it all off with an epic party after changing into matching adidas track suits. 💙💚

Photographing this wedding felt like coming home. I found out at the wedding that L’s mom grew up with mine on the other side of the country, we had no idea! The number of people who came up to me and inquired about where I was from, what street I grew up on and who reminisced about all things St Johns with me was heartwarming. Small small world out there. Thanks for welcoming us yesterday. I hope you had the time of your lives 🎉 We loved every second.
