The clinic is re-opening May 19th following the health and safety guidelines as outlined by the Registered Massage Therapists Association of British Columbia, the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia, the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of British Columbia, and the Provincial Health Officer. We are on reduced hours as not all therapists have returned to work. All patients will be screened the day before their treatment via phone and/or email. The same questions will be asked again when you arrive to the clinic. All therapists will use the BC COVID-19 Self-Assessment Tool (https://bc.thrive.health/covid19/en) daily and only come to work if they do not have any symptoms. Please note that in order to limit the number of people in a given space and avoid overlap, schedules will be strictly followed. Please read any emails you receive from us carefully as they will contain instructions that will help keep us all healthy. Thank you and see you soon!

We are all happy to hear that we may be able to open sometime this month. Before we get too excited, please realize that we are waiting to hear from our College regarding proper protocol and we will need to make sure we have the correct supplies and training in order to open safely. Once we open, individual therapists may choose not to return to work right away. Please be patient and know that we are working towards a safe opening ❤️

We are complying with the government's request that anyone returning from travel outside of Canada should self-isolate for 2 weeks. If you have an appointment pre-booked you will have reschedule (even if you are asymptomatic).
If you have any symptoms such as fever, sore throat, cough, body aches no matter how mild you will have to reschedule until you are fully recovered.
This is an effort to contain the spread, flatten the curve of new patients and protect our most vulnerable patients (and therapists).
We understand these are trying times and hope it passes quickly.

In response to COVID-19, to help keep us all healthy, we are:

*Continuing our practice of wiping down the surfaces in our treatment rooms and open treatment areas with disinfecting products

*Increasing the frequency of our common area cleaning, including door k***s and desk tops.

*Providing hand sanitizers in multiple locations for practitioner and client use.

*Ensuring that our practitioners do not come to work sick.

How you can help:

*Please use the hand sanitizers provided or wash your hands with warm water and soap before and after your session.

*If you are sick, please call and cancel your appointment. There will be no charge for short notice cancellations due to illness until further notice.

*The virus presents with symptoms similar to a cold or flu, so please re-schedule if you are feeling any of the following:
Unusual Fatigue
Muscle Aches
Cough
Sore Throat
Fever

Please practice frequent hand hygiene and coughing and sneezing etiquette

Lindsey Youell is a Certified Nutritional Counsellor with a focus on holistic healing using evidence-based techniques for diet, lifestyle, and emotional treatment. For more than eight years Lindsey has helped clients achieve their health and wellness goals using one-on-one holistic nutritional counselling and wholeness programs. Lindsey specializes in weight management, hormone balance, gut and skin health, immunity and the intricate connection between the mind, body, spirit and our overall health.
Lindsey will be working Thursday mornings and can be booked online.
