Thank-you. Thank-you for your years of support and encouragement. Thank-you to those that helped me grow and develop. To those that entrusted me, not only with their faces, but their deepest thoughts and feelings. Those that shared their lives, stories, successes and failures with me over these years. To those that listened to mine. Clients that travelled from Haida Gwaii, Yellowknife, Alberta, and all over the mainland. Thank-you to ‘my people’, for this incredible chapter of my life. I genuinely hope our paths continue to cross, as you have all been such an integral part of mine. This is my last day of Feather & Arc. It was a dream I didn’t know I had until you all helped bring to fruition. From Campbell River to Ucluelet, Tofino to Victoria it’s been an incredible adventure. It is with mixed emotions that I announce the closure of Feather & Arc, Cosmetic tattoo studio.

After 16 years working as an esthetician and 7.5 years in the cosmetic tattoo industry, I’ve made the decision to step away. There are many layers to this decision, and it was not made hastily.

As someone who suffers from anxiety, the intensity of my job has amplified my stress level for years. Reconstruction tattoo work can be extremely rewarding, however it is also a lot of pressure tattooing faces. Last year I was diagnosed with a Chronic Inflammatory Disorder and my body is seeing the ripple effects of the compounded years of stress.

My mind and my body need a clean break. This doesn’t mean that I am saying “never again”. But I am stepping away for now with no pressure or plan to return.

Studio closure is as of June 30th, 2023.
Please utilize the next couple of months to schedule your retouch appointments if you are hoping to come see me before I step away.

Thankyou for your YEARS of support and love. You have made this an amazing chapter and journey in my life, and I’m a better person for getting to know each and every one of you. Thank-you for trusting me with your beautiful faces in the most daring of “trust falls”.

Hello my lovely friends and clients!

THANKYOU for what has been an incredible year thus far!

The studio will be closed until August 4th. I have taken some holiday time to prep for my wedding 👰🏻‍♀️🍾🥂 July 23rd (and a little time afterwards to enjoy some downtime this summer).
I will be fully closed during this time.

To my Campbell River Clientele & Family:

After much consideration, I have made the difficult decision to close Feather & Arc’s Campbell River location, as of July 1st.

The past 5+ years have been nothing short of incredible. I feel so fortunate having the best job and best clients! I value each relationship I’ve built over these years.

That being said, it has been 5 years of travel 1-2 times a month. Uprooting life each month. I have reached a decision to close Campbell River as a booking option and invest those hours into my Victoria studio.

My hope is to continue to nurture my Campbell River relationships in Victoria. I’m excited for this new chapter.

I would like to offer Campbell River clients 10% off in Victoria over the next 6 months, as a thank-you for your continued support. Looking forward to sharing my beautiful space with you all and getting to catch up at our annual refresher appointments.
